Alek Thomas

Alek is a fixer, adept at getting to grips with new problems quickly. He performs the detective work required to resolve incoming tasks on the spot or efficiently coordinate with the development team - streamlining client access to technical answers on a daily basis. While relatively new to the ecommerce industry Alek brings a wealth of knowledge and experiences from different fields to GPMD, Initially from a product development and design background he made his way via project management into the support team and the solutions specialist role. Having worked on heaps of commercially profitable projects he is savvy & practical, focussed on giving concise communications and keeping on top of clients needs.
