The Role

We’re looking for a driven and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our  team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to build and qualify our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, engaging leads, and setting up opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about digital, confident in communication, and eager to start or grow a career in B2B sales within the eCommerce and digital agency space.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify target companies that fit GPMD’s ideal client profile
  • Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce GPMD’s services
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery conversations
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Book discovery calls and demos for the business development team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Continuously learn about the eCommerce landscape, digital strategy, and technology trends

About You

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (agency or SaaS experience a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outreach and building relationships over digital channels
  • Motivated, resilient, and proactive — you enjoy hitting goals
  • Interest in digital commerce, technology, or marketing
  • Organised and detail-oriented with good CRM hygiene
