To help our clients by solving their eCommerce problems and challenges with smart creative solutions. Communicating effectively and efficiently at all times keeping everyone informed on progress and seeing each task through to resolution. 


  1. Become a reliable support for our clients by helping our team to solve their problems and challenges
  2. Ensure that all issues are dealt with within our target SLA
  3. Assist the support team in carrying out monthly checklists to ensure that all sites are optimised and proactively resolve any issues that occur
  4. Assist the team in identifying additional business services to help us deliver a proactive service to clients, for example user journey monitoring
  5. Assist the team in transcribing client requirements into the system (Asana) in a clear and concise manner
  6. Expand and improve your personal knowledge and experience during your time with us


  • Organisation and Planning: Plans, organises and schedules available resources in an efficient manner. Focuses on key priorities
  • Intelligence: Fast learner, who demonstrates the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • Attention to Detail: Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail the resolution of a ticket
  • Communication: Speaks and writes clearly and articulately, without being overly verbose or talkative. Maintains this standard in all forms of written communication
  • Honesty / Integrity: Earns trust and maintains confidence. Does what is right, not just what is politically expedient. Speaks plainly and truthfully
  • eCommerce Knowledge: Has a basic understanding of and keen interest in eCommerce with a desire to learn more. Experience with eCommerce platforms, specifically with Magento, Shopware, BigCommerce and Shopify, would be beneficial 
  • Technical Knowledge: Beneficial but not essential, technical understanding of HTML/CSS & Google Environments (Analytics and Google Tag Manager)

Salary Range: £20,000 - £22,000
