Senior Marketing Manager

To take ownership of the full marketing arm at GPMD and work to make us more prominent in the UK market.

Alongside the work on GPMD, oversee and build product marketing strategies for our products and help to raise their profile through various channels.

Engage with our partners and build out partner marketing.


  • Ad-hoc analyses and insights on all ongoing marketing activities including the impact of new marketing approaches to advise on best practices
  • Ensure that marketing measurement drives performance review of key functions and campaigns
  • Manages key marketing metrics which determine investment, status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, consumer acquisition and consumer retention
  • Enhances all marketing operations in order to facilitate lead generation, nurturing, and implementation
  • Build and maintain a marketing technology stack that meets the needs of the business, is effective in engaging customers, and provides scale to our customer communications
  • Analyze existing data and historical trends to provide insights into best practices and answers to complex questions including lead management processes, lead scoring, campaign tracking, budget to pipeline and revenue (attribution) and database health
  • Responsible for the management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models
  • Orchestrate the annual marketing planning and budget process (e.g. milestones, participants, actions, templates, calendar)
  • Ownership of database health (growth, quality, deliverability)
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to demand creation and field marketing programmes


  • 5+ years of marketing experience (either high-growth B2B SaaS or ecommerce agency preferred)
  • Demonstrable experience of growing a business in the UK&I
  • Expert in cross-channel integrated marketing programmes, with a primary focus of executing events, webinars and direct mail campaigns that convert to opportunities and bookings
  • Examples of how you have predictably hit pipeline and bookings targets to drive growth
  • Proficiency in setting-up and executing lead nurture programmes that increase the conversion rate of MQLs created by field marketing activities
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of marketing programmes and campaigns
  • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment
  • Planning/project management—highly organised; can juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and proven ability to have impact and influence
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesise raw data into actionable campaign optimisation strategies for new and existing initiatives
  • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and executive presentation skills
  • Quick learner with ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, energetic, and optimistic
  • Previous proven experience working closely with a Sales team
  • Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
  • Strategic critical thinking and hands-on attitude


  • BI practical knowledge would be a huge plus
  • Experience with Marketo
