We take pride in our work and take accountability for what we do, all work undertaken by us is covered by our warranty, the details of which are outlined below.
Our straight forward warranty means we will resolve any issues raised, no charge, no time limits. Items covered by our warranty include:
- All code written by us
- All frontend code written by us
- All modules written by us
All issues will be dealt with in line with your agreed SLA.
The extended warranty will cover 3rd party modules and the platform and allows us to provide support with any issue that raised with no time limits. Items covered by our warranty include:
- 3rd Party Modules (Upgrades & Support)
- Platform (SilverStripe or Magento)
We will find a solution to any issues raised either by providing a workaround or releasing code to fix the issue.
Full warranty is included with our Silver Support package
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t include things that are out of our control, any issues raised can either be covered by our silver support package or dealt with on a case by case basis. Items not covered by our warranty are:
- Platform Upgrades (Magento, SilverStripe, Wordpress etc)
- Supporting New Browser Versions
- 3rd Party Hosting
