  3. Introduce monthly checklists to ensure that all sites are functioning as expected and pro-actively resolve any issues that occur
  4. Introduce additional business services to help us deliver a proactive service to clients, for example user journey monitoring
  5. Expand and improve your personal knowledge and experience during your time with us.
