User Training

Training for your team is very important to the success of your project. We are very flexible with our training sessions, offering four categories of training available from GPMD; One-on-one, Group, Online and Video Tutorials.

One-on-one User Training

One-on-one user training is usually the best way to get to grips with your new system. Whether it is SilverStripe content management system or Magento eCommerce, you'll enjoy being taken through the steps of adding new content and products, updating pages and maybe prices.

Group User Training

It is sometimes more convenient for you to bring along your colleagues and have a group training session. We can accommodate up to 4 trainees at our London office or we can train up to 30 trainees in our nearby training suite.

Online User Training

If you feel you don't need a trainer to be physically present for your website training we can hold online training sessions using some clever Citrix software. This enables us to share screens between us so that we can see what each other is doing at either end of the Internet. Combine this with a VOIP or standard phone call and we're in business.

SilverStripe Video Tutorials

We are currently working on some amazing SilverStripe video tutorials so that you can watch them as much as you like to get to grips with the CMS.

Magento Video Tutorials

Our Magento video tutorials are in the pipeline, however we are focusing on the SilverStripe ones first. Sign-up to our newsletter below and we'll let you know when they are ready.
