No maintenance contracts. No retainers. We don't believe in tying our clients into service contracts. We are good at what we do so we only charge for our time. After your site has been launched we then use Service Packages for all additional work.
Here at GPMD we have a very straightforward system for billing our customers for the services we provide.
Rather than tying you into a monthly maintenance or service contract we feel it’s far easier for you to pay for the time you actually use.
This is why we provide blocks of pre-paid time, which we call: Service Packs. Think of them like telephone top-up cards.
We have three sizes of service pack to choose from:

1 month of time 140 service hours |
Well, we have a secure intranet which gives us the ability to track every second of work we do on your account. This means we can be incredibly accurate so you really do only pay for the time you have used. In 2009 we are launching a new Customer Extranet, which will allow you to login 24/7 and check how many hours of service time you have remaining.You will also be able to monitor any support tickets that have been created.
