Courtney-Thorne are one of the largest providers of nurse call systems in the UK. They required a new website to complement their marketing activities and provide new and existing customers with clear information about their products and services. The site needed to be easily updated with content and news about Courtney-Thorne.
We worked closely with Courtney-Thorne's design agency - Raw Media to create a website built using the SilverStripe content management system. The design is clean and simple allowing customers to find the information they are looking for quickly and easily.
We customised our news module to fit their requirements and created pages types for displaying products allowing for easy additions and changes.
The website was built with search engine optimisation in mind, with semantic and w3c compliant HTML and SilverStripe's Google Site maps module.
The website was launched in April 2009 and the first 5 months saw a 75% increase in traffic, with referrals from Google up 69%.
