I've just come across a free web conferencing service that looks set to become very popular, Dimdim Web Conferencing  is a well built, easy to use, open source web conferencing solution.  That means that is's free to use and includes all the features you'd expect (video, chat, white board, scrren sharing).

We will certainly be giving it a try!
