Feng Sushi, one of London’s most popular sushi restaurant chains (and of our clients) will be competing at the 2011 Sushi Awards, along with five other sushi hopefuls.
Silla Bjerrum, Managing Director of Feng Sushi, will be gracing the stage and kitchen in an attempt to produce the best tasting sushi dishes. Silla will be competing against Dham Kidituwakku (of the Chisou restaurant), Thomas Nam (of Moshi Moshi), Asuka Kobayashi (of Matsuri St James’s) and Tomokazu Matsuya (of the SO Restaurant) at the infamous Hyper Japan Festival 2011.
The Sushi Awards, which were originally introduced in 2001, is widely considered to be the industries most prestigious accolade, adding to the competitiveness of the highly regarded contest.
The winning sushi dish will be the entry with the most votes from ticket holders at the end of the 3-day event.
If you would like to get involved in the Sushi Awards 2011 all you need to do is go to Olympia Two in London, taste the sushi dishes from each chef and vote for your preferred dish!
